- Properties：A pale yellow, oil-like, viscous liquid, or a white powder.
- Application：Lanthanum isooctanoate has excellent chemical stability and is commonly used as a coating and ink drying agent, especially in baked iron ink. It does not turn yellow after baking and can replace other metal drying agents. It can also be used as a coating and pigment, dispersant, and PVC stabilizer. It is also a promoter for oxidation, hydrogenation, and polymerization processes, an oil displacement agent for shale gas extraction, and a catalyst for oil products.
